She could put a request in for a teacher change and explain what is going

on. And also have a conference with the school about the problem.

She should request a ppt meeting and every state has special guidelines for

this, she may have to go to someone other than the teacher to request it. Its

called planning and placement team meeting between teacher and principal and

school pyschologist and others and parents too on the education team. Tell them

there are issues and a drop in his preformance and she is very concerned.
