Guest guest
I order almond and cashew flour from Digestive Wellness and the cashew flour is not very fine. I can get it much finer with my little oscor it is just a slow process at one cup or less at a time. I will probly try to make it finer but could have done this in the first place and not bothered with ordering. Is it always coarse from them or did I just get an off batch. The almond flour looks great and am anxious to give it a try. Sandy M Whole family SCD for 8 days for our 5 yr old son who has rages. Guest guest
Hey Sandy, Did you try baking with it as it was? It made great muffins, loaf pan bread, and then crackers. You might want to try www.nuts4u.com, they also sell cashew flour. Agape, moeller124 no_reply > wrote: I order almond and cashew flour from Digestive Wellness and the cashew flour is not very fine.
