Guest guest
I am looking at getting a bigger food processer. Would you share what kind you have, and why you like it? Also, possibly how much it cost? Would you buy the same one again? Sandy M Whole family SCD for 8 days for our 5 yr old son who has rages. The 760 has a different chute, which isn't as well liked. And, Amazon and Ebay have it for great prices - on Amazon, some colors are less expensive than others. I'm saving up to upgrade myself. :-) Steph

Guest guest
Hi Sandy, I bought the Cuisinart Pro Classic through Amazon.com. I'm really happy with it. The best thing is that it is really quiet - I can have it running and not be bothered by the continious sound. I haven't tried making nut flour or nut butter in it yet. I can't remember the cost but you can check on-line. It came with a VCR tape which was nice because then you don't have to read the instruction booklet! I took the free shipping but beware - one time I took the free shipping and Amazon.com didn't even send it for TEN days. And then of course it took another 5 to get to my house. You have only 30 days to return something but already 15 days were gone on the day that I got the processor. Just wanted to warn you in case you are in a hurry to get it or if you might have to return it. I would buy the same processor again. If you are doubling recipes because you have a large family than I would check the sizes of processors. I made a recipe yesterday with 2.5 c. of pecan flour and I wouldn't want to use much more flour in it.
