I am looking at getting a bigger food processer.

Would you share what kind you have, and why you like it? Also,

possibly how much it cost? Would you buy the same one again?

We just had this discussion on another list I'm on, and including

America's Test Kitchen reviews, the KitchenAid KFP 750 got rave

reviews. The 760 has a different chute, which isn't as well liked.

And, Amazon and Ebay have it for great prices - on Amazon, some colors

are less expensive than others. I'm saving up to upgrade myself.

Hi Sandy,

I bought the Cuisinart Pro Classic through Amazon.com. I'm really happy

with it. The best thing is that it is really quiet - I can have it

running and not be bothered by the continious sound.

I haven't tried making nut flour or nut butter in it yet.

I can't remember the cost but you can check on-line. It came with a VCR

tape which was nice because then you don't have to read the instruction

booklet!

I took the free shipping but beware - one time I took the free shipping

and Amazon.com didn't even send it for TEN days. And then of course it

took another 5 to get to my house. You have only 30 days to return

something but already 15 days were gone on the day that I got the

processor. Just wanted to warn you in case you are in a hurry to get it

or if you might have to return it.

I would buy the same processor again.

If you are doubling recipes because you have a large family than I would

check the sizes of processors. I made a recipe yesterday with 2.5 c. of

pecan flour and I wouldn't want to use much more flour in it.
