Guest guest
This would be something that could be used very late in the diet. Dried fruits are very difficult to digest compared to cooked fruits. So, if you are just starting the diet or are still having GI symptoms, then NO-don't eat the pear bars. Guest guest
, I answered this in my response. The product is made of dried, very condensed fruit. One tiny bar is the equivalent of 2 pears. It should only be tried by those who are symptom free and can tolerate all of the SCD foods. It is not something for beginners or anyone who is still having any symptoms. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/
