This preparation (fried) is something that should be way down the line?

Glad to find something for you. peel beets and slice very thin. You can lay

them on

parchment paper and spray with oil, then bake until crisp or fry them just

like the sqaush

chip recipe on Pecanbread. Add salt after.

Remember Terra Chips? They are a combination of vegetables made like potato

chips but

contain illegal vegetables.

We can still make crisp chips from legal veggies like squash, carrots and

beets. Adults like

to sprinkle some herbs on them as well like basil.
