Graham has been doing really well with SCD and I love it b/c he is

feeling so much better. I read on another yahoo group board about the

dangers of metal cans for our ASD kids and all I can say is that I'm

glad that I " can " , make yogurt, and bake in glass jars.

Store bought canned veggies were a staple in our household pre-SCD

and I'm so glad that we don't have them here anymore!

Just another reason to be thankful for Elaine and the diet!
