LOD can be done with SCD as it is just a metter of further elimination of foods.

Jody has

the LOD food list.

I am chuckling. After being alerted that I had kidney stones and spending months

awaiting

the final tests, I was very alarmed and started researching LOD. I had

encouragement and

support from their scientist.

Yesterday, the doctor concluded here is no problem. I do apppreciate the time

the LOD

scientist spent clarifying the effects of oxalates on those to whom it is a

concern but SCD

protocols must Be observed.

People on LOD lists are not all on SCD and many can eat illegals so know your

SCD

thoroughly!.
