Hi Sara,

I would give the office a call or email Debbie/Dr. R. and check on it. From

what I understand you usually get an email response right away. I say " from

what I understand " because I was in the same boat you were. I called and

emailed and then Dr. R. called me and emailed the copy of the insurance

letter while he was on the phone with me.

Keep the faith. You WILL have the MGB and you WILL get healthy again! God

is good.
