Guest guest
my son has a severe " whey " true IGE allergy. When making yogurt, is the " whey " removed in the process? Would another type of milk be ok, one that doesn't contain whey " does the casien also remain from cow's milk? also, is it true that butter is the " fat " so to speak, so is that " whey " free? Guest guest
You can try goat's milk instead of cow's milk. Some kids who are allergic to cow's milk are also allergic to goat's milk, but some are not. So, if you are concerned that he would have a serious reaction, you could have him tested (RAST or skin) to see if he is allergic to goat's milk.
