I think you should defenitely go to an allergist that will actually perform diagnostic test. Also, have you made dietary changes. High protein, low carb and low sugar? That has helped me. I don't eat junk and don't drink alcohol anymore, but I feel better and my skin looks better. Also, I did the allergy diagnostic tests and they found I was not allergic to anything. However, there are still foods that I think I finally figured out make me pinker and/ or redder. I think tomatoes and eggplants both do. Also I am eating a low arginine diet, that is an amino acid that releases Nitric Oxide. Low arginine means no nuts, cola, chocolate and gelatin. I think that too has helped. Did you read the posts from JP (I believe) His diet and lifestyle changes have helped him a lot and they may be able to help you.... it doesn't happen overnight.
