Ok here is my 2 cents.

People in Intensive Care are now very near death.

People on a regular Med Surg floor now really need to

be in Intensive Care

People who are home as Outpatients now...need to be

in the hospital.

Sssssoooooooo with only the most critical and life

threatening conditions getting hospital time.......

.............we need excellent NURSING STAFF to take

care of those individuals, I mean the very BEST.

One place you don't want to be is in a hospital

now-a-days that is short staffed, you are better

off at home.
