Guest guest
Just leave out the honey. It will be fine. You can add pressed garlic and pressed onion (I press diced onions through my garlic press). And add some extra salt. You can make crackers with this recipe, by removing it from the oven when it's done, lower the oven temp to about 150, then cut the flat bread into the desired shape and put them back in the oven until they dry out and crisp up. You can add cheese the recipe or any other seasonings, like cinnamon to make it more of a breakfast/dessert type of bread. The recipe is pretty flexible. Add some salt chopped parsley and if tolerated a little grated onion and/or freshly grated Italian Parmesan (not from the green Kraft cardboard) You can also add a dried herb of your choice. To crisp it.,slice and bake on cookie sheet in low oven. Caro.l F.
