Crystal,

Some of you may know that I have been down for a couple of weeks with one of

the most severe exacerbation's of Pancreatitis in a long time. The physical

complaints are hard to manage, but the emotional roller coaster I find myself

on are even worse. I believe in the integral relationship of the mind - body

- spirit. The increased pain, increased narcotics, erratic blood sugars,

nausea, no doubt contribute to my depression. But, being too sick to sit at

the computer, go to church, or play my autoharp makes me resentful at this

disease. I found myself tearful and wanting my life back.

When I was able the first thing I did want to do was check on the board and

saw your post. Funny how things like that work. I can run out or run short on

most all of my meds, but, I am so glad that I know, that if I ran out of

Hope, I truly would die. Thanks for reminding me that Hope is alive and well

and within my reach at all times. Thanks to everyone.

I hope that the two of you get well soon!!! KNow that the Two of you

have extra extra prayers coming your way frooom me also... I will keep intouch

with the both of you to check up on how both of you are doing....

Well have to get back to bed as Ii woke up in the middle of the night and

could not sleep so I thought thatI would check some more email.... I will talk

to the both of you soon....
