What galls the dickens out of me is that no one in this country where

we have too little universal medical and social services anyway, is

EVER told what they are eligible for or financially entitled to.

And I am really annoyed at hearing that Social Security which is an

individual income and earnings based retirement program and Medi

care, which is the same only applying to partial medical care are

" ENTITLEMENT PROGRAMS! "
