I just knew there had to be some ideas for a gradual return to " eating " . I would like other peoples input on the idea of only watching your diet for a few weeks. Would it be helpful to start a database of " food I can - food that triggers an attack for me " ? I also agree with your statement that after an attack of acute pancreatitis a person should monitor their fat intake and diet in general - actually everyone should. I found in talking to several people at the Symposium that some of the food I eat could be triggering my headaches (Kimber again - we just need to put all the information from her brain on the website Thank you again.
