Guest guest Posted June 9, 2000 Report Share Posted June 9, 2000 Here's what I ate yesterday: Food Amount Calories Shrimp, Mixed Species, 7 Large ... 38 Popsicle, 2 30 Raisen Bran, 0.70 cup 147 Raisen Bran, 0.25 cup 53 V-8, 5.5 ounce can 5 oz 35 Pink Salmon, Canned 0.50 oz 20 Vegetable Beef Soup 7 oz 119 Rolaids 5 gm 0 2% Milk. 0.50 cup. 61 Shrimp, Mixed Species, 8 Large ... 44 Carrots, fresh baby 6 oz 88 For one day: Total amounts for 06/08/2000 Calories 634 Calories from Fat 45 %Daily Value for Customized Total Fat 5 g 33 % Saturated Fat 2 g 27 % Cholesterol 178 mg 59 % Sodium 2132 mg 142 % Total Carbohydrate 103 g 466 % (More carbs than I want) Dietary Fiber 16 g 62 % (without Citrucell) Protein 39 g (Pretty good for just getting protein from food, no supplements) Vitamin A 699% (Not including the vitamins I'm taking) Vitamin C 28% (Not including the vitamins I'm taking) Calcium 140% (Not including the vitamins I'm taking) Iron 119% (Not including the vitamins I'm taking) Now, I *felt* like I really pigged out a lot yesterday. I do not feel in the *least* bit deprived and you can see I am getting pretty good nutrition, but less than 650 calories! To me, this is amazing. Kind regards, P.S.
