Here's what I ate yesterday:

2% Milk. 0.50 cup. 61

Shrimp, Mixed Species, 8 Large ... 44

Carrots, fresh baby 6 oz 88

Total Fat 5 g 33 %

Saturated Fat 2 g 27 %

Total Carbohydrate 103 g 466 % (More carbs than I want)

Dietary Fiber 16 g 62 % (without Citrucell)

Protein 39 g (Pretty good for just getting protein from food,

no supplements)

Vitamin A 699% (Not including the vitamins I'm taking)

Vitamin C 28% (Not including the vitamins I'm taking)

Calcium 140% (Not including the vitamins I'm taking)

Iron 119% (Not including the vitamins I'm taking)

Now, I *felt* like I really pigged out a lot yesterday. I do not

feel

in the *least* bit deprived and you can see I am getting pretty good

nutrition, but less than 650 calories! To me, this is amazing.
