Guest guest
here is a bit more on Fats..  Fats that kill… Certainly not all fats are good. The ones that kill are… Hydrogenated fats: Enough of my ranting about these dastardly anti-nutrients…you already know how bad they are. Rancid fats: Any fat once it has been oxidized (gone rancid) has become toxic free radicals because the carbon bonds have been broken by oxygen. Just like the string of pearls analogy. Once these carbon bonds are broken free radicals are the result. When you ingest rancid fats you are ingesting free radicals that " slice and dice " at your body's tissues and destroy vital nutrients like EFAs. Any processed or refined fats: Not only have the carbon bonds in processed fats been totally " broken " turning them into deadly free radicals, but they are also loaded with " funny fats " that form due to the high temperature and pressure of the refining processes. These funny fats do not exist in nature…your body simply cannot process them. Heated or fried fats: Heated or fried fats have the same problems as rancid fats. The heat breaks apart the carbon bonds in the fatty acid strands…releasing toxic free radicals. Excess saturated fats: Excess saturated fats will clog your body's tubes. Saturated fats are stiff at room temps…while omega-3, 6, and 9 are liquid. If your body uses these saturated fats for cellular building and repair out of balance with omega-3, 6 and 9 oils then the resultant cells are too stiff…not soft and subtle enough. Excess saturated fat will congest you too the point of death eventually. These fats in excess are one of the major factors in heart disease…which is nothing more then the clogging of your blood vessels. Fats out of ratio: Any fats out of ratio will eventually make you sick. If you ingest too many omega-3 fats long enough you will develop omega-6 deficiencies. If you ingest too many omega-6 fats then you develop omega-3 deficiencies. So it is the ratio and balance that is so important.  Classic omega-6 deficiency symptoms… Eczema Loss of hair Liver and kidney degeneration Behavior disturbances Excess water loss through the skin accompanied by thirst Drying up of glands Susceptibility to infections Failure of wound healing Sterility in males Miscarriage in females Arthritis-like conditions Heart and circulatory problems Growth retardation Classic omega-3 deficiency symptoms… Growth retardation Weakness Impairment of vision and learning ability Motor incoordination Tingling sensation in limbs Behavior changes High triglycerides High blood pressure Sticky platelets Tissue inflammation Edema Dry skin Mental deterioration Low metabolic rate Some kinds of immune dysfunctionAll of these symptoms are reversed when the proper quantity, balance, and ratio of fats are added to the diet. To sum up fats… Ingest plenty of fat while growing…30-40% or more of your calories should come from fat. Lower your fat intake once fully grown to around 20-30% of your calorie intake. Ingest ONLY UNREFINED fats in the ratio of 2 parts omega-3 to 1 part omega-6, 7, and 9. Saturated fats should only be ingested in relatively small quantities and from clean sources like unrefined coconut oil, ghee, and butter made from non-pasteurized milk. Cut out all the fats that are poisons…namely any refined fats, hydrogenated oils, any heated, fried, or rancid oil. le C
