Does anyone know if Jarred baby foods are legal? I give my son Beech

Nut Pears - the ingredients are listed as Pears , water, ascorbic acid.

I did a search thru all the messages posted here and there seems to be

doubt over whether it's illegal or not. I'd love to know if any of

the baby pureed friuts or veggies are legal.

Thanks

E

No, sorry. At Babies R' Us I bought a baby food processor for $20 that works

great. I have been using it everyday for almost a year and no problems. It

travels easy and will puree anything (meats and such) given enough liquid. It's

actually cheaper to make your own jars too!

Take care,
