Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new here, been lurking for a week or so and really enjoy this list. I have had cea for about 6 years now (I'm 30 now) and have tried everything. Been to 2 derms and was basically never told what I had, was just treated. Then I got to looking on the web at my topical, Noritate, and discovered I had cea. I asked the Dr and he said " yes, adult acne...same thing " . Whatever! So I went for years using steroids and didn't even know. I finally ran into the site in the UK that sells the aloe vera gel, so I bought some locally and started it. It helped for about a year, then my skin got so sensitive that the aloe burned badly. I had quit all my prescription medicine and was just using the aloe. I finally decided to try the cea LTDIII. I followed their instructions and got the Cetaphil bar and some jojoba oil. I received the extra sensitive package from them and started. The pink disc burned like fire. But I persisted. It was more like a good burn after a few days. Sounds weird I know. Then I called them and they said some people have burning with the pink and to try the brown. So I did and it was much better. I still use the pink in the am and the burning is really going away. Bridget try this if you haven't already. Give it a chance. I have been on it almost 3 weeks and am starting to see real improvement. I was very skeptical. I almost quit the first week because of the severe burning. My spider veins have already faded. I have SD and very flaky skin, so I ordered the Sy stuff and have been using it also and it helps with the flakes. Good luck to you Bridget, I totally feel your pain. I was a clear skinned teen who felt that part of my life was over. But now I look like a leper sometimes with huge sores and swelling that NO makeup could hide. I have hope now with the LTDIII. Keep trying you will find the answer:) Sorry for the long post everyone, keep up the good spirit:) Lora
