Guest guest Posted September 19, 2002 Report Share Posted September 19, 2002 The program has been implemented and includes: 1. how to post / respond to the message board on the web, as a daily digest, and by individual emails; 2. how to reference particular sentences in a post; 3. how to change your mail delivery status; 4. how to edit the subject heading to keep it pertinent; 5. who to ask, where to send general information inquiries; 6. how to adhere to the required medical and legal disclaimer to not give advice; 7. how to navigate the Yahoo message board, PAI home page, our top5plus5 Library, and the nightly Chat Room. 8. how and when to respond to an individual instead of the board; 9. how to upload files, photos, and complete on line databases; 10. how access and use the calendar; 11. where to find or how to recommend bookmarks, links, and resources; 12. where and how to complete your membership profile; 13. why and how to be a registered PAI member; 14. know who's who, what they do, and how to contact them; 15. how to participate in a forum; 16. how to submit your story for publication on the home page; 17. know what other services, other than the message board, are offered by the PAI; 18. learn about Chapter representatives and State Contacts; 19. how to take an active role in legislative and SS disability reform; and 20. review the Yahoo TOS-terms of service and consequences of abuse.
