Guest guest
Hey ya'll: Does anyone know where to get the topical niacin that Dr. Nase mentions in his book(called nioxin, I think). I've had three epifacials and want to induce a flush next time. Oral niacin would probably work OK but I've heard it can cause itching, etc. I appreciate any input. Thanks,
Guest guest
Call your photoderm clinic and see if they have it. Better yet, drink a couple of cups of hot coffee just before the next TX. Take large sips of the hot coffee and hold it in your mouth until it cools, then swallow. Drink two cups this way, as hot as you can (without burning your mouth, of course). This will induce deep flushing. Works better than niacin for the deeper vessels IMHO. ~Jim _____ Hey ya'll: Does anyone know where to get the topical niacin that Dr. Nase mentions in his book(called nioxin, I think).
