The same thing happened to us when we first started it. After the first week

in the fridge, I would use the yogurt in recipes. Ater 2 weeks in the

fridge, toss it out. You can also freeze it for ice cream and other stuff.

" It can last up to three weeks in the fridge, but the bacteria will

remain active in it for two weeks at most. "
