I don't recall why exactly Elaine didn't like the miralax. If you have

to have the miralax for now I would still think being on the diet will

help at least it should help you get off the miralax sooner.

The " Constipation " protocol and " Constpation continued " at

should also help speed up healing to get off the miralax.
