I just want to make sure that everyone realizes that water chestnut

flour and cassava flour are NOT allowed on SCD.

For those with allergies to chicken eggs, sometimes duck eggs do not

cause a reaction and can be used.

Consider speaking to your child's doctor about it if the chicken egg

allergy causes anaphylaxis.
