Hi ,

Thanks for asking! I sent in my online form and am still waiting for the

copy of the packet that would have been sent to Cigna by Dr. R. This will

tell me that I am a candidate for approval, anyway. In the meantime, I am

getting my packet together anyway, as I leave for Florida on July 5th and

want to try and get a date in August for and me. I know I will have to

write 2 appeal letters to Cigna, so I am also working on them. LOL
