Store-bought baby food is not allowed on SCD.

So, a baby food SCD shopping list would just include whatever legal

foods you intend to feed to your baby.

You'll cook them and puree them into baby food.

Aaahhh... Sorry I wasn't more specific. I'm looking for a grocery list for

specific

ingredients that are safe for babies under 1 year of age. Not all SCD legal

foods are good

for babies, so I am hoping to learn from other parents of babies on the diet.

My son is 10

months old.

Thanks again!
