Guest guest
Hi Shanon, and to whom it may concern, Just a mom here with a family of five all on day 29 SCDiet....we had to go very slow with goat yogurt...same problem (we jumped as " Carol " put it...ate an entire bowel a few time (so good...but consequences). We ate way too much...could never get the diarrhea to stop doing it this fast. They told us it was die off reaction also. With the kids we now only take a teaspoon at a time, just to get the probiotics...and have plans to slowly increase the amount. Us adults take about a Tablespoon at a time now. No diarrhea... KiKi our 22 month old is the only one that we are going to have to go back to the intro with....I think we moved to fast again...will review the stages...her diarrhea is back (was stupid and gave her cooked broccoli...... and four year old snuck her a raw apple!) Both A LATER STAGE FOOD! This is so difficult feeding for five people all at different stages! Do the intro diet again and wait longer before introducing the yogurt. Carol F.
