Guest guest
No, just the opposite. My hands are usually fine, but when I have a reaction to something I've eaten and my face flushes, they become very cold. Weirder yet, they actually seem to contract, because my rings, which normally fit fine, will begin to slip around on my fingers and even threaten to come off. Guest guest
Yes, the palms of my hands tend to get red and feel like they're burning. This does not happen when I take Tagamet. It happens if I forget to take the Tagamet. This is one of the reasons I think that rosacea may be an immune-mediated disorder. Take care, Matija > Do any of you experience flushing hands and feet? Guest guest
Some people have noticed that after finishing a series of Photoderm treatments, other parts of their bodies have begun to flush. Most often chest/ears, but sometimes hands/feet. Other than that, the only other likely possibility that I can think of is that you have something called Erythromelalgia. This is something that is often mistaken for cea (cuz it can cause facial flushing/redness but mainly causes flushing/burning sensations in the hands and feet) I don't know too much about it, so, if anything I said is incorrect I apologize, but I know the gist of this message is right.. you may want to do a search on the internet about Erythromelalgia and see what you come up with. Meg Edelson, who used to post on this board rather frequently, started a new yahoogroup called TheRedHots which deals with cea/Erythromelalgia/burning sensations You may also want to look into joining that group as well. P.S. I think it might also be possible to have cea and Erythromelalgia at the same time. Adam Flushing hands and feet > Do any of you experience flushing hands and feet? Guest guest
Yes, my hands flush almost everyday. This just started 2 months ago. I had never flushed before until I had face flushing for about 8 months caused by hormonal hot flashes and now that those have basically stopped, my hands flush instead of my face. The flushing makes my hands very dry and has caused a rash with little red bumps to appear on the top of my hands. It is very strange. --- a Tietz marya.tietz@...> wrote: > Do any of you experience flushing hands and feet?
