to maintain low 6% body fat ratios. If you are trying to lower your body fat

I highly recommend you take EFAs in quantities of 3 tablespoons or more a

day. In fact I know bodybuilders that take no less then 10 tablespoons of EFA

oils a day prior to competition to drop body fat. The fats that make you fat

are excessive omege-6 oils, any fried oils, hydrogenated oils, and excess

saturated animal fats.
