Just had my first photoderm appt. today.Just wanted to share that

the procedure was not really painful.It was a little uncomfortable.

Dr ritchie spent over an hour treating my face,ears neck and chest

for $175. He then touched up some broken capillaries with a

different laser.He was very understanding of the psychological

aspects of rosacea and very anxious to help.I was impressed that he

had read Dr. Nase's book.The procedure made me flinch mostly because

of the bright light.Afterwards, i wasn't that red at all. I did have

red spots where he did the additional laser work.Aside from all the

gooey gel in my hair, i could've returned to work .I just wanted to

state that if you're leery of the treatment due to fear of pain, it

wasn't a factor with me.Also wanted to share a new favorite

appetizer-toasted pita spritzed with olive oil and salt!We should

all share foods we CAN eat. Best to all-patti
