Not to add insult to injury, but if you are feeling THAT bad, I would

bet that you need it as much or more than they do.

Try taking an epsom salt bath and getting some activated charcoal and

taking it away from meals or at bedtime to soak up the toxins from the

die off.

This sounds a lot like how I felt, except I knew that I needed this

for me. It will get better. For me I needed some support for my

liver and my chiro is familiar with this diet and put me on some

suppliments to support my liver and gall bladder. I felt soooo much

better once I started them.

Do the epsom salts baths, they really help too. And eat as much as

you want (of legal stuff) if that makes you feel better. You won't

blow up like a balloon and it will help get you through this difficult

begining stage.
