Well, my computer crashed and gateway finally got it back up after I took it down to their Cary store. About 15 hours on the phone over a weeks time and then a technician came to my house and still couldn't restore it. I'm finally back now!!! Well, I missed my first support group meeting since they started...Wish I could have been there with you guys. Someone let me know if this goes through.......I don't believe the last one did.......
