Guest guest
Hi Carol, Digestive Wellness used to have Hazelnut Wheels. They were simply delicious. I just checked their website and they list Hazelnut Blondies (Unavailable). The picture looks the same as the Hazelnut Wheels - maybe they are the same thing (maybe I just made up the name of Hazelnut Wheels???). Anyway, they are so good that if/when they become available I suggest that you try those. I liked the other cookies to, but not as well. I thought the almond crackers were awful. I have good sources of baked goods for SCD here and wanted to try DW products to see if they were worthy of the SCD name because so far I have been so disappointed. I teach an SCD cooking class with two others (the authors of Grain-Free Gourmet ) and what we have shown our students has been very successful whether it was cooking or baking. And it was all very easy to make. The students were very pleased and said the ability to make such good food was a real incentive to stay on the diet.
