Recently I had a nasty R flare-up and it left my skin

really dry. I have dry skin anyway, but this was

something I couldn't get a handle on. I live in the

S.F. Bay Area and we have a wonderful local chain

called Body Time. They recommended shea-butter (sp?),

which can be found at most health food stores and QVC

sells it as well. It did the trick, however, it did

cause some red as it's very thick and you have to work

in into you skin.

I also use this great cleanser/mask that has kept my

skin moisturized. It's called Antiox-Hydrating Mask &

Facial Cleanser and I got it at Body Time. They have a

website - http://store.yahoo.com/berkeley/ You can

order online or request a catalogue. You can also ask

questions via e-mail. I highly recommend their

products. (they don't test on animals!) Oh, and their

Moisturizing Body Spray is great too. For those of you

who live in the area, BT gives samples if you ask. I

asked for samples of everything I've mentioned and

they were quite generous.

Cheers - Moya
