What does this sound like?

Over the last two days my scalp has become unbearably itchy. My

forehead (which until very recently was very clear for the first

time in a long time) in the last 24 hours has broken out with

well over 50 red pimple-looking bumps and my skin (even when

starting out pale) becomes BRIGHT red when I step out of the

shower and dry off with a towel. <-- when I dry my hair with a

towel I can literally watch it redden. There is also alot of

skin redness in places on my face where I do not have cea

(And do not flush). There has been no change in laundry

detergent, towels, laundry machine, or medication. Can somebody

tell me what this sounds like? I think whatever it is, is why I

have not been seeing proper results with treatments.. I think I

have cea plus whatever this is.
