Guest guest
The child has to have been established as disabled in childhood, usually long before age 18. After that, disability status has to be determined by the folks at Social Security and they also determine whether in the child's state, eligibility for SSI also exists with or with out SSA. And, there are exceptions to every rule and they change the rules all the time! n Rojas, wcf, cfrd, Medicare and Medicaid and SSI
