For Dr. :

I use a hypo-allergenic pillow and all cotton sheets

and pillowcases. Also, I use detergent that is free and

clear of perfumes and dyes. I wash them in hot water.

If I do otherwise I wake up with puffy eyes, a stuffy nose

and a redder, blotchy, face.
