Guest guest
I have been treating my cea for only 1 week so far, as I just recently self-diagnosed myself after putting up with a red face for 1.5 years. Anyhow, I ordered so many products that my head started to spin, and on the advice of a member of this list, I went with the less-is-more approach. Initially, I was simply using Sy's Vita-Oil to moisturize my skin in the morning and at night. For the past 5 days, I have been using the cea Care products, and they are INCREDIBLE! My face hasn't been this non-red in over a year, and in just 5 days my skin tone is normalizing and my popules are reducing in size to the point of disappearing before my eyes. Here is my regimen, as suggested by the cea Care product literature. I do this twice a day - first thing when I get up in the morning and last thing before I go to bed. I wash my face with their facial cleanser, I then apply the Serum, and then either the moisturizer, or the calming lotion and then the moisturizer. During this past week, I've also increased my intake of water to 8-10 8oz glasses a day. I think the water plays a big role as well. I have also purchased a couple of different facial cleansers (of which I've only used the Zia cleanser twice) and the cea LTD III discs which I have yet to use and will probably return for a refund due to the effectiveness of the cea Care products. I only purchased the cea Care Sample Kit B ($20) to test their products, so it was a relatively inexpensive test. Here's wishing everyone a healthy and quick recovery from this challenging disorder. - _________________________________________________________
