Since we're on the subject, spaghetti squash is extremely easy to grow.

I have a very small garden (4 raised beds) and planted just 2 hills (4

seeds each) of it. They took over the bed and went out over the lawn.

They were' completely neglected and I ended up with about 30 squash. Had

I taken care of the plants, I probably would have had another 15 (bugs,

lawnmower, LOL).

It was not a big hit at our house, so we didn't grown them last summer

but with SCD, will try again this summer. They were huge and beautiful,

I liked them, but was not about to eat 30!
