Low dose Accutane and Zithromax -- an incredible combination

Accutane at 10 mg / day q am and 250 mg Zithromax hs pack a powerful

one two punch for rosacea and acne. I have been experimenting with

this and it is great. On day one of the Zithromax take 500 mg and

then 250 mg there after. After a month or two, I'm going to stop the

Zithromax and hopefully maintain with the Accutane.

I also believe washing the face twice a day is very important, even

if you're not applying any topicals -- mechanism for which washing

works eludes me, though it may reduce demodex mites, and remove old

sebum and flakes, etc. Topically, just do not apply anything that

could possibly clog pores, including anything which contains mineral

oil, sulfer, etc.
