Hi,

After you have filled out the patient information form, does Dr. R send you a

copy

of his letter to the insurance company in the mail, or does he email you, or

what?

I filled mine out on May 30th, and haven't heard anything yet. I hate to be too

anxious, but I want to start calling the insurance company to make sure they got

it, since so many insurance companies start messing with you on and on about how

they never get the stuff you know they got!
