From the rosacea FAQ

http://www.faqs.org/faqs/medicine/rosacea

papule: a small, solid, elevated skin lesion, less than 0.5cm in diameter.

pustule: a vesicle filled with cloudy fluid, such as pus, often associated

with a hair follicle but can exist independently.
