Guest guest Posted January 21, 2006 Report Share Posted January 21, 2006 Hi, Somebody mentioned that the Grain Free Gourmet had a recipe for jam that worked faster because it included cranberries, which naturally contain pectin. Could somebody post this jam recipe? I will order the cookbook but it won't get here in time. (I have some cranberries that have been sitting in my frig for awhile and I need to either use them up SOON or throw them out.) Thanks!
