Hi ,

Tamari is no longer legal, (changed last year). Sesame seed oil

gives a nice alternative flavour.

Can't wait to try your noodle recipe. :)

Thanks for the noodle recipe!

Here are my favorite very easy noodles to add to the pot :-)

1. Zucchini peeled and cut into long paper thin slices with vegetable peeler

and dropped

into soup to simmer until translucent.

2. A well beaten egg, fried like a pancake, cooled and cut into strips. (you

can add a little

almond flour to the beaten egg for a firmer texture.)
