Guest guest Posted March 11, 2006 Report Share Posted March 11, 2006 Thanks for the noodle recipe! Here are my favorite very easy noodles to add to the pot :-) 1. Zucchini peeled and cut into long paper thin slices with vegetable peeler and dropped into soup to simmer until translucent. 2. A well beaten egg, fried like a pancake, cooled and cut into strips.
