I have benadryl compounded by my pharmacist without lactose, starch, sugar,

color etc.

for colds and sinus attacks. I rarely need it but it is very effective with no

side effects,

Jen,

What we've done is give MSM and now quercetin.

The MSM did a great job with controlling allergies.

The quercetin is doing well to control the asthma.

Please continue to give any medication that your child needs, even if

it is not SCD legal.

Start with the intro diet. Gradually add new foods. It may be that by

keeping a food log that you can figure out if there are any foods that

bother his allergies.

The other thing is that from what I've read, healing the gut and

getting rid of leaky gut will help with allergies too.

Hi Jody.

Thank you for your reply.

I am from the Philippines. We don't have a DAN doctor here. We have to

fly to Hong Kong to see my son's DAN doctor.

It is my local pediatrician who manages my son's allergic rhinitis and

asthma. Will ask her regarding MSM & Quercetin.

Weather changes and environmental factors trigger my son's qallergic

rhinitis.

His clostridia level is quite high, so he definitely has to go SCD.

Can I email you at your personal email?
