That's when he didn't want to go to bed, which was something he had NEVER put up a fuss about. (He was my easy-to-put-to-bed child.) The following is not medical advice, just saying what I do for my own kids. They take 1000mg a day of MSM. During high allergy season, I will give a second dose in the afternoon, especially if he's been outside a lot. (He has environmental allergies.) He is taking 1 Quercetin (500mg) in the morning.
