for colds and sinus attacks. I rarely need it but it is very effective with no

side effects,

We had problems with the Singulair starting about day 2 or 3 I think.

That's when he didn't want to go to bed, which was something he had

NEVER put up a fuss about. (He was my easy-to-put-to-bed child.)

The following is not medical advice, just saying what I do for my own

kids. :)

They take 1000mg a day of MSM. During high allergy season, I will

give a second dose in the afternoon, especially if he's been

outside a lot. (He has environmental allergies.)

He is taking 1 Quercetin (500mg) in the morning.

He weighs about 48 pounds.
