Guest guest
, I'm know almost a month post op.... Sorry I wasn't in the mood to talk when you called me but i was in so much pain and Margret was trying to get my PCA at a place were I would be comfortable, As for the surgery Dr, Sutherland and Dr.Nyugent Said that everyting couldn " t have gone better, They were nor happy onetime when I pulled my NG tube out when I was out of it. I still don't remember how I did it. So they had to put it back down a couple of Days. I got 370,000 Islet cells but I still have to watch my blood sugars and see an endochronologist to help me with my mild diabetes, Everyone up there was very nice and couldn't do more to help me, the first couple of days I was not in good mood at all. but now they have me on a pain regimen that seems to be working for me. Also I'm glad to be home were it " s alot warmer. Although I find that in the change of the weather my Incision tends to hurt alot more,,,, I don't know why.. Well just remember that I know what you have gone through and behave your self. I will email you again later on in the afternoon after I see Dr. Crapenzano. Hope your feeling a little better today.
