New medication for dry itchy skin

I was just reading in March First magazine that there is a new

steroid free class of drugs called topical immunomodulators (TIMS),

which improved or completely cleared up dermatitis in 80% of users

while only 30% of those using conventional treatments got similar

results. It is suppose to be for dermatitis and eczema. Have any of

you heard or tried this?
