need phone help with experienced SCD counsellar

Hi

I have a lot of questions

and need a phone conversation

with an SCD counsellar

I live in Costa Mesa, southern CA

1.I suspect my 2 autistic boys ages 5 and ages 2.5

(SCD since Dec 03 for Dimiter, since June 05 for Vihren)

have some sort of colitis, plan to get colonoscopy

but may have month(s) long wait list

How to SPEED UP healing the gut meanwhile? any drug free choices?

2.Vihren has big big pregnant like tummy

what is a quick relieve? enema? laxative??

3.Vihren seems lethargic...has lots allergies

how to expand diet to include nutrient dense foods

I hope the counsellar is someone who has recovered from UC/IBD/GI

problems

and have experience with young children's growing nutritional needs
